Operating a concrete pump in Australia involves serious safety responsibilities and in many cases, formal licensing or certification is required to meet legal obligations.
There are three main types of concrete pumps in use across construction sites: truck-mounted placing boom pumps, line pumps, and Satellite placing boom. Depending on the type of pump, operators may need a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) with a class PB – Concrete placing boom (CPCCLBM3001). This is mandatory under Safe Work Australia’s National Licensing System.

Refund Policy
In accordance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) guidelines, our refund policy is as follows:ASQA+18ASQA+18ASQA+18
• Full Refund: If you cancel your enrolment at least 30 days prior to the course commencement date, you are entitled to a full refund of any tuition fees paid.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel your enrolment less than 30 days before the course commencement date, a partial refund may be applicable, depending on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
• No Refund: If you cancel on or after the course commencement date, no refund will be provided.
Please note that any applicable travel, accommodation, or onsite delivery charges are non-refundable once incurred.
